These are the two most common reasons, please check your PayPal account:
1.The credit card linked to your PayPal account has met the expiration date.
2. The funds in your PayPal account are not sufficient.
Please make sure your PayPal account is all fine. Generally, PayPal tries three times to charge you and automatically gives us a notification if the charge fails. Our system will close these stores after the three failed tries.
