If you can't receive the order notification email after your customers finish the payment, there are several possible reasons.

Possible reason 1: The notification email may go in to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder.

Possible reason 2: There are special characters in your 'store name' and 'store title'. Currently, only alphanumeric, hyphen, full stop and spaces are allowed. Please remove the special characters in the 'Store Name' and 'Store Title', then the order confirmation email should work fine.

If the first two possible reasons have been discounted, we suggest trying a different email address, as this issue usually occurs with lesser-known email providers.
